Emerald is an A+ energy efficient building with installed photovoltaic panels for the production of electricity to cover the needs of the building. Each apartment has a parking space with EV preinstallation, underfloor heating with heat pump, and aluminum windows with double glazing, for energy conservation and sound insulation. Our goal is to create contemporary living environments which promote quality of life.
